THE ROLE

Help WWROF maintain and evolve practical contest logging standards used by a broad cross-section of operators. This role translates operating realities into clear, usable guidance for the community.

YOUR IMPACT

You will improve consistency, reduce ambiguity, and help contesters of all experience levels submit cleaner logs with greater confidence.

In the first 90 days

• Review existing guidance and identify top friction points
• Draft one standards update for review
• Partner with contest administration on rollout language

EXPERTISE AND SKILLS YOU BRING

• Strong familiarity with HF contesting workflows
• Clear technical writing and editing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across volunteers

THE TEAM

You will work with WWROF contest administrators, technical volunteers, and content contributors. Expect lightweight weekly async coordination and occasional working sessions.
