What We Stand For

Strategy

Our strategy turns mission into focused execution, measurable outcomes, and long-term stewardship.

WWROF’s strategy translates long-standing mission commitments into focused, measurable work across programs, technology, stewardship, and governance.

Strategic Priorities: 2026-2028

Grow participation across generations with emphasis on youth pathways, skill progression, and durable volunteer capacity, while continuing growth, enhancement, and promotion of our core assets, including our major annual contest events.

2. Operator Proficiency and Ethics

Expand practical training, mentorship, and operating-skill development while reinforcing ethical standards and responsible practice.

3. Standards and Technical Infrastructure

Sustain and improve shared systems that support contest administration, logging standards, and fair participation at scale.

4. Stewardship of Community Assets

Preserve and maintain institutions, archives, and operational resources the radiosport community depends on over the long term.

5. Sustainable Grantmaking and Governance

Direct funding to mission-aligned projects, evaluate outcomes consistently, and maintain transparent, disciplined governance.
